Q: When are ribbons and shirts going to be delivered?
A: Except for a few shirts, everything has been delivered. If you did not receive a ribbon, please contac Doug
Q: When are the results going to be posted?
A: Please click the cover at the right to download a pdf of the results.
Q: Why does it take so long to get the results and shirts.
A: The deadline for entries is January 11, a few days after that we order the shirts, which take approximately 2 weeks to manufacture. Within a week of the shirts arriving, the results are posted, and the shirts and awards are in the mail. Also keep in mind we are a volunteer organization.
Q: What will this year's sweatshirt look like
A: The color will be a dark choclatey brown with cream and aqua printing, see the design.
Q: My entry form mentions a sweatshirt and a towel. The costs on the front are different than on the back. Which is correct?
A: The costs outlined on the form portion (the back) is the correct information. There will only be a sweatshirt this year, no towel.

Fitness entries: $5
Fitness entry and sweatshirt: $30
Sweatshirt alone: $27
Q: I see no reference to relays, will there be relays this year?
A: Last year was our inaugural year for doing this event as a national postal event, so we thought we would try relays. We did not have to many interested groups, so we decided not to offer relays this year.
Q: Can I swim the event in a time frame such as 6 pm one day to 6 pm the next day?
A: The intention is to swim the events in a row, at a workout. and not to have sleep in between. So you would need to record only one date on the entry form. With this scenario, you could swim the 1650 in the morning, and then the other 2 events in the afternoon, etc.
Q: If I'm swimming in the fitness division, do I have to record my splits?
A: You do not.
